Yearbooks can now be purchased online. Please go to yearbookordercenter.com (school #6928) to order your book for $65 by Oct. 31. Book price will increase to $70 on Nov. 1.

Off Campus Lunch Authorization

School administration will continue our policy of allowing senior students to leave campus during lunchtime, along with those juniors who qualified for the Aztec incentive program and who selected off-campus lunch, with parental permission. The release form below must be downloaded, completed, signed by parents, and notarized in order for the student to leave campus during the lunch hours. This form must be turned in during book distribution in order for a student to receive the correct ID that will allow them to check out with campus security.  2016 Off Campus Authorization Form

Attention Parents of Seniors: Proud Parents Ads must be submitted online this year. Please visit yearbookordercenter.com (school #6928) to create your ad. Ads are $40 through Sept. 30, $45 from Oct. 1-30, and then $50 from Nov. 1-10. Nov. 10 is the final deadline. All ads will be printed in color this year, and you have the choice of several designs. Online help is available through yearbookordercenter.com. Email yearbook adviser Kris Urban at kurban@tempeunion.org with any questions.
